How? (extended version)
- Click on 'Forgot password?' on the login screen.
- Enter your email address and click 'Start recovery'.
An email will be sent. This is valid for 24 hours.
- Open the email and click on 'Reset password'.
- Enter a new password.
Make sure that all requirements are met. These appear next to the password and are automatically ticked when the new password meets these requirements.
- Click on ‘Reset’.
The email to recover the password is only valid for 24 hours. If this time has elapsed, you need to perform the above procedure again in order to create a new password request.
